Ruairi Kavanagh, gradireland editor, talks to Susan Clandillon about following your career passion and not being afraid to take a risk and change direction. Susan worked in public affairs and communications in Ireland, Belgium and the UK for six years before returning to college to study sustainable fashion, a path that is close to her heart and where her real interest now lies. She talks about the value of gaining as much work experience as possible and the necessity of persistence when you decide to follow a particular career route.
